These communications are optional and may be opted out of by either clicking an unsubscribe link or by contacting a member service representative on the phone.

We use personally-identifying information from consumers in various ways to improve our services to you and others. In addition, when you submit an email, you may be contacted by Cherryland Electric Cooperative employees to whom your complaint has been referred.

We use member information to meet your requests for products and services and develop new programs and improve our services.
